Cancellation Policy


Unfortunately...

Due to numbers of no-shows and last minute cancellations, for the last couple of months - especially in December.... We have had to enforce a new Deposit & Cancellation Policy Takes place from Tuesday 4th January 2022!

Please note DEPOSIT required upon booking to secure your appointment,

The deposit amount will be deducted from the total amount of your service! You can pay a deposit online (by card confirmation), in Salon, by PayPal, bank transfer or Revolut

Please, kindly give us a call: 089 60 63 188 at least 24 hours before the day of your scheduled appointment in case of the change / reschedule. We appreciate you and your time! Thank you for understanding!
