As a colour responsible salon, we follow a Colour Responsible Policy for the safety and peace of mind of our clients and team members.

Allergy Alert Testing (patch testing) procedures safeguard our clients against

possible allergic reactions to the colour products we use.

If you are going to have your hair coloured with us, please make sure you have

a skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment.

We offer FREE Allergy Patch Tests (also known as skin testing) in our salon.

You will need to make an appointment, which can be book online or by phone

to attend the salon at least 48 hours before your hair colour service.

Colour consultations are recommended
(and can be booked in advance) - free of charge.
Consultations are required for customer who never been to Scissors Salon and wants balayage, baby-lights, colour correction, hair extensions,
keratin treatment, and perm.
We recommend a colour consultation for each colour service for which you are unsure what you need or where you want a radical colour change or correction.
This will allow us to make sure that our stylists meet your expectations.
