All of our hair extension appointments come with a comprehensive consultation completed in our salon, completely free from obligation or charge.

The consultation is where you get to detail your wishlist of what you want

from your new style.

It also allows me time to get to know you, your personality,

your hair and how you wear it naturally.

We complete all consultations face to face, free of charge and free from obligation

to purchase, so you have ultimate confidence in what is a significant decision.

Deposit is required to be paid prior to your fitting appointment.

Deposits are usually collected during your consultation,

deposits are around 50% of the final price and are needed in cash

or cleared funds prior to your fitting appointment.

Deposits are only refundable until the point at which your hair has been sourced

and purchased, after this point deposits are non-refundable.
