• Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment on any hair services and retail products at Scissors Hair Salon.

• Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. This does not affect your statutory rights.

​​

• Gift Cards expire 12 months after activation. Any remaining balance on the Gift Card will be lost if not redeemed within this period.

​​

• Any top ups applied to the Gift Card will restart the 12 month time limit.

​​

• Gift Cards ordered online can be sent to a delivery address of your choice within the ROI or can be collected in salon.  Gift Cards posted to your chosen delivery address will be sent via An Post registered delivery.

       There is  €6 charge for registered postage which must be paid by you.

•   There is no extra charge for Gift Cards collected in salon.

• Gift Cards are normally dispatched within two working days. Scissors Hair Salon is not liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to deliver within a reasonable time of the order being placed.

• Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically via PayPal or Revolut at the time of purchase.

• If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, replacements may be provided. 

       Please contact salon should this happen. Scissors Hair Salon does not               accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards once the responsibility of         ownership has passed to the customer at time of receipt.

• Gift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.

​​

• Any Gift Card is register and has unique number, cards without number will not be accepted.
